That bassline is a light cue with a record deal. The show struts it on the front turn signals with the tail lights answering, holds the horn stabs full-body, and genuinely builds, finishing wider than it opens, so the last chorus is the biggest thing in it. It moves fast for something this funky, which keeps the strut from turning into a plod. Four and a half minutes, and one of the darker runs here, so the hits carry rather than wash out. Impossible to watch with a straight face.
