Stevie Wonder wrote it in 1980 to campaign for a national holiday honoring Martin Luther King Jr., and it became the birthday song for people who would rather dance than blow out candles. The show is lively and long, nearly six minutes, the front turn signals doing most of the work at a quick clip with the tail lights answering. It peaks in the middle, where the chorus keeps coming round, and stays mid-brightness throughout. A warm pick for a birthday that deserves more than a cake.
How this one is choreographed
