Tesla ships wrap templates for the refreshed Model S (2021+) and the 2025+ Plaid, and the long hood and clean flanks give a wrap room to breathe. They also mean a lot of your design lands on the door columns, which the template draws standing on end. Wrap Studio flags art that would read sideways there and offers to turn it, so what you see on the sheet is what arrives on the car.
Open Wrap Studio, freeBoth Model S templates, 2021+ and 2025+ Plaid, are 1024 x 1024 pixels, and Wrap Studio exports at exactly that size. Tesla accepts PNG files up to 1024 x 1024 and under 1 MB; we handle the limits automatically.
Yes. Designing and exporting wraps is free; downloading your file takes a free account, which also saves your designs. Light shows are our paid product, wraps are not.
Save the PNG to your phone, then in the Tesla app go to Creations, then Wrap, then Upload (needs the 2026 Summer Update and app v4.59.0 or newer). Apply it on the car screen from Toybox, then Paint Shop. No update yet? A USB drive with a Wraps folder at the root works too.
No. Tesla's custom wraps are digital: they change how your Model S appears on the touchscreen and in the Tesla app, not the physical paint. Swap or remove them any time.
