The Model X template (2021+) covers the whole body, falcon doors included, so a good wrap has to read from every angle rather than just look right on the sheet. That is the hard part: the sheet is an exploded die-cut and its side pieces are drawn on their side. Wrap Studio tells you which panel each image will wrap and whether it will read upright once it is on the car.
Open Wrap Studio, freeThe Model X template (2021+) is 1024 x 1024 pixels, and Wrap Studio exports at exactly that size. Tesla accepts PNG files up to 1024 x 1024 and under 1 MB; we handle the limits automatically.
Yes. Designing and exporting wraps is free; downloading your file takes a free account, which also saves your designs. Light shows are our paid product, wraps are not.
Save the PNG to your phone, then in the Tesla app go to Creations, then Wrap, then Upload (needs the 2026 Summer Update and app v4.59.0 or newer). Apply it on the car screen from Toybox, then Paint Shop. No update yet? A USB drive with a Wraps folder at the root works too.
No. Tesla's custom wraps are digital: they change how your Model X appears on the touchscreen and in the Tesla app, not the physical paint. Swap or remove them any time.
Getting the file right: the wrap template guide covers the PNG spec, the template size for every model, and why the variant you pick matters more than the size.
The other half: light shows for your Model X, choreographed to any song.
